cautions about the tours
（common to all the tours）
- The applications are to be made one day in advance by email.
if not, acceptable on the phone from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Please accept our apologies for impossibilities to corresponde while guiding and moving.
- Any individual reservation is welcome. Feel free to ask us at any time.
- The fees of the insurance and the guide are all included in the tour prices.
Check the different details in each tour on the pages in the information.
- The tours sometimes start at different times. Please provide sufficient times for joining them.
- The weather conditions cause the alteration or cancelation of what the tour is.
- Your earliest reservation is appreciated once your schedule is determined since our service is offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
（There are some cases where your reservations cannot be made.）
- You are obliged to join other tourists in the tours excluding the free tours.
- The maximum number of tourists in a tour is seven, six in a free tour, grouped in a small number.
The number over seven can be grouped into two. Please consult with us.
- The tours are held regardless of the weather conditions. Rain gears are provided.
In the case of a typhoon heavy or a heavy rain,
please make a phone call at your earliest convenience to check the possibilities of the tours :
one day before, or at the latest, one day before you leave for the tour.
When the tours are clearly determined not to be held due to the weather conditions, we are the ones to get in touch with you.
